Shipping Method
All of eCenturyAsia orders will be shipped by or our appointed official express carriers to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time. Proof of Delivery
All eCenturyAsia shipments will require an authorized signature at the time of delivery. Our carriers will not be able to release the shipment without a valid signature even if you have a signature release on file. This is to ensure that you will receive your order safely. If shipping to a resident address, please ensure that there will be someone at home to sign for the package (where an adult signature will be needed).

 

However, if no one will be home during day time, please phone our carrier (contact details shall be given to you) for the best delivery arrangement.

 

We will not be responsible for any losses once the parcel is at your doorstep without attendance.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We're sorry. We do not make shipment to PO Box addresses.

 

Duties and Taxes
Cutomers are responsible and liable for all custom duties, import tax, broker fees or other possible additional custom handling charges. These are excluded from the total cost of your purchase amount. However, the duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. Kindly check with your local custom department for these possible charges. Customs fees are normally charges by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up.
